The Gordonville Fire Protection District is a local volunteer agency that serves a community in the Cape Girardeau County with both Fire and Emergency Medical Services.
The Gordonville Fire Protection District uses its website to distribute a plethora of information about its community outreach programs and fire safety initiatives.
They also utilize their website in the recruitment of new firefighters, and has a specific page for just the firefighters which is password protected and provides the staff with training and educational opportunities and information.
The navigation is simple and separates information into topics and subtopics with drop down menus to keep everything clean and easy to follow. Unlike the previous website, this one is utilizes a responsive web design that will respond to the user’s environment based on their platform, screen size and orientation
